Day 01: Istanbul
Upon arrival at Istanbul airport, you will be met by our local representative who will assist you with the transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Istanbul.
Day 02: Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a full day city tour of Istanbul. Visit the Topkapi Palace (excluding Harem section), which served as the palace of the Ottoman Sultans between the 16th and 19th centuries. It overlooks the Bosphorus. We also pay a visit to the then magnificent Haghia Sophia built by Constantine the Great and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century. It is one of the world’s greatest architectural marvels. After lunch we will visit the fascinating and impressive Blue Mosque (Sultan AhmetCamii), famous for its six minarets, its beautiful blue Iznik tiles, unique architecture and marble latticework. Then visit the Byzantine Hippodrome, the centre of Byzantine life for 1000 years, where chariot races and competitive athletic events took place. Then visit underground cistern basilica or Nakkas cistern (which is suitable for the program). End the day with a visit to the Grand Bazaar which is the world’s biggest and the oldest shopping venue. Note: St. Sophia Museum is closed on Mondays, Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays and The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays.
Day 03: Istanbul-Canakkale
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and drive to Gallipoli to visit Anzac Cove, Lone Pine Cemetery, The Nek, 57th Regiment, Chunuk Bair and later cross the Dardanelles. Overnight at the hotel in Canakkale. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 04: Canakkale-Izmir
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and visit Troy home of the “Trojan Horse”and “Helen of Troy” after lunch departto Pergamum and tour the ancient Medical centerAsclepion.Later drive to Izmir and check-in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Izmir. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 05: Izmir-Kayseri or Nevsehir-Capaddocia
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and visitthe famous ruins of Ephesus and St. Mary’s Cottage.Latertransfer to the airport to board your flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir. On arrival, transfer to Capaddociahotel and check-in. Overnight at the hotel in Cappaddocia. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 06: Capaddocia
Following breakfast at the hotel, visit Rose Valley, one of the most beautiful trekking valleys in Cappadocia, and explore the famous rock- cut churches by hiking through the valley. Rest in Cavusin, an old Greek village, known for its Christian houses and churches. After lunch visit Ortahisar Castle, similar to Uchisar Castle in style, where storage caves can also be observed. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli Underground City where early Christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back a panoramic view of the Pigeon Valley where pigeons contributed to the lives of locals with their manure to fertilize the vineyards. You may also like to taste Cappadocia wine in a local winery. Overnight at the hotel in Cappadocia. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 07: Capaddocia
Today, you can opt for the Hot Air Balloon tour. After breakfast, depart from the hotel at 9:30–10:00 am depending on the arrival time of the Hot Air Balloon participants and visit Devrent Valley where various types of Fairy Chimneys are abundant. We will walk through this amazing valley. Thereafter visit Pasabagi (Monk’s Valley) with multiple stems and caps, peculiar to this area. After visiting Pasabagi, drive to Avanos which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmakriver, the longest river of Turkey. After lunch proceed to Goreme Open Air Museum to visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the Fairy Chimneys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescospainted on the walls. Overnight at the hotel in Cappadocia (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 08: Depart Cappadocia
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Kayseri airport to board your connecting flight (flight cost not included) via Istanbul back home or to your next destination. (Breakfast)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken on a tour of Jewish Istanbul. You will see the old Jewish Quarter of Balat. Next, visit the EtzAhayim Synagogue, built over 500 years ago. Afternoon, visit the Archeological Museum, Topkapi.Overnight at the hotel in Istanbul. (Breakfast)

Day 03: Istanbul
After breakfast, visit the St. Sophia, once the greatest church of the Byzantine Empire, the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. After lunch drive to Pera hill visit Jewish Synagogues of Ashganazi and Neve Shalom.Overnight at the hotel in Istanbul. (Breakfast)

Day 04: Istanbul-Izmir-Sardis
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and drive to the airport to board your flight to Izmir (flight cost not included),ancient Smyrna. Upon arrival, private transfer to your city center hotel. In Izmir visit Beth Israel SharAshmain Synagogue and then drive to Sardis, the ancient capital of Lydia to visit the synagogue from the Roman Period. After visitreturn back to Izmir.Overnight at the hotel in Izmir. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 05: Izmir-Ephesus-Izmir
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a full day tour to visit the archaeological site of ancient Ephesus with its marble streets, theatre, baths and gymnasia. Among the ruins are Hebrew signs and symbols, reminders of the Jewish past of Ephesus .After visit return back to Izmir.Overnight at the hotel in Izmir. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 06: Depart Izmir
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Izmirairport to board your connecting flight (flight cost not included) via Istanbul back home or to your next destination. (Breakfast)
